For seminars and lectures
The person in charge of each session will directly contact the speakers. Please prepare abstract within one page of A4 size in an MS-Word file.
Send your abstract to the person in charge of each session by e-mail by December 16 (Fri), 2022.
For general presentations (Poster presentation only)
Registration will be available on the page from November 1 (Tue) until December 23(Fri), 2022.
Chairman's Award and Outstanding Poster Award
Awards will be given to the best poster presentations.

Poster presentation
Exhibiting the poster onsite

A board will be prepared in the exhibiting room, so please display your poster.
Basically, poster should be displayed by presenter, but it is not unable for some reason, please contact the secretariat of meeting.
On-demand delivery
On-demand delivery using LINC Biz
Please submit the poster image file (JPEG image) and the poster will distribute using LINC-Biz on-demand. A question and answer will be held at the web-site.
Guideline for abstract submission
| • | Submit your abstract in English on the website. Your own e-mail address will be required for submission. |
| • | Click the "Abstract submission" button at the end of this page to enter the registration system (Confit) and follow the instructions on the screen. |
| • | If you already have a Confit login account, use your e-mail address and password to sign in. If you don't have an account yet, you can create your account by clicking the “Create an account” button. |
| • | We recommend preparing your abstract in an MS-Word file before submission, and then copying and pasting it on the registration form (Confit). A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to the registered your e-mail address after completing the submission. |
| • | You can confirm/modify the submitted abstract during the submission period. The registration ID (registered your e-mail address) and password will be required to enter the “Confirmation/Modification of Submitted Abstract" page. Notification of acceptance/rejection and the presentation number will be sent later. |
| • | Confirm the abstract registration again on the “Confirmation/Modification of Submitted Abstract” page. |
